Delete Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Zoulfit account and associated data at any time, either directly from within the app or by email. Please read this page carefully before proceeding, as deletion cannot be undone.
1. Delete Your Account From the App
You can permanently delete your Zoulfit account directly from the app:
- Open the Zoulfit app and log in to your account.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the confirmation screen, which explains what will be deleted.
- Enter your password (or verification code) and tap Confirm Delete to permanently delete your account.
2. Can't Access the App? Delete by Email
If you are unable to log in or access the app, you can request account deletion by email instead. Send an email from your registered email address to info@zoulfit.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within a reasonable time, and will confirm once it is complete.
3. What Gets Deleted Immediately
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, date of birth, profile photo)
- Your workout plans and diet/nutrition plans
- Your attendance and check-in history
- Photos and media you have uploaded to the app
- Your app preferences, notification settings, and saved device tokens
- Any support tickets, feedback, or messages tied to your account
4. What May Be Retained, and Why
For legal, tax, and anti-fraud compliance reasons, a limited set of records may be retained even after your account is deleted:
- Billing, invoice, and transaction records — as required by applicable tax and accounting laws, typically retained for up to 7 years
- Anti-fraud and security logs — retained for a reasonable period to protect the integrity of our platform and other users
- Records we are legally obligated to keep in response to a court order, regulation, or government request
This retained data is kept solely for the stated compliance purposes, is not used for any other purpose, and is deleted once the applicable retention period expires.
5. This Action Is Permanent
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your profile, workout and diet plans, attendance history, and uploaded photos cannot be recovered. Please make sure you no longer need this data before proceeding.
